Charming XV1 century village house on the edge of the ramparts with amazing views out into the valley towards Antibes and the sea from the back of the house, and to the hills from the front of the house.
While the house has retained all its original features it offers all the modern comforts.

There are 2 terraces which are South facing and therefore get the sun all day.
It is 2 minutes walk to the historic village square where there are 2 fantastic boulangeries and about 14 restaurants including a Michelin star. Also specialized shops and art galleries.
There is paid parking in the square ......or free parking in the municipal car park which is at the entrance to Tourrettes and is a 5 minute walk to the house. It is also serviced by a free shuttle to the square during the day.
There is also another free car park past the house 5 minutes walk as you exit the village.
This location is perfect for cycling, walking and hiking and there is easy access to Nice airport and City. Also the A8 is the main route to Antibes, Cannes and all the beautiful beaches and many other interesting towns and villages.
AccommodationHouse is on 3 levels with cave underneath at the lower level terrace ...... the washing machine and another shower & toilet and spare sun beds etc are in this space.
Top floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, and the main bathroom.
Middle floor which is at ground level (front door) has 1 bedroom which has 2 single beds and main bathroom en-suite and separate toilet.
Lower level is kitchen, dining area, sitting room with sliding doors leading onto the main terrace which has outdoor dining table and chairs, sun beds, BBQ and the amazing views.
